Sunlight Seascape

Sunlight Seascape

Sunlight Seascape - This painting was inspired by one of my favourite places - Sandhead / Luce Bay in The South Rhins. It's always beautiful no matter the time of year such a lovely view over a large bay. The bay is 20 miles wide at its mouth and is bounded by the Rhins of Galloway to the west and the Machars to the east.

It was once an important commercial fishery, now seldom used for this purpose. It contains important marine and littoral life, and has been declared a Special Area of Conservation by Scottish Natural Heritage

It looks fab! I'm waiting on the frame coming but the paper seems pretty durable.
